2. Timeframe: The estimated delivery time for your custom portrait illustration will be communicated to you at the time of your purchase. We will make every effort to deliver the final portrait illustration within the estimated timeframe.

3. Quality of Reference Photos: You are responsible for providing reference photos that are of good quality and suitable for detailing. The final portrait illustration will be based on the reference photos provided and we cannot change the expression of the subject in the portrait illustration.

4. Changes to Portrait Illustration: Once you have given us the reference photos to create the portrait illustration, you will not be able to change the image after you have received the final portrait illustration.

5. Refund and Return Policy: Our refund and return policy lasts 30 days. If you are not satisfied with the final portrait illustration, please contact us within 30 days of receiving the final product and we will work with you to either revise the portrait illustration or process a full refund. To be eligible for a refund, you must provide evidence that the portrait illustration does not meet the quality standards we have set for our services.
