Our refund and return policy for custom portrait illustrations as a digital product is as follows:

We understand that purchasing a custom portrait illustration is a personal and meaningful investment. If you are not completely satisfied with your portrait illustration, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the final product to initiate a return or refund.

To be eligible for a return or refund, the portrait illustration must meet the following criteria:

• The portrait illustration must be unused and in its original digital format.

• The portrait illustration must not have been modified or altered in any way.

• The portrait illustration must not have been used commercially.

If your return or refund request meets the above criteria, we will work with you to either revise the portrait illustration to meet your satisfaction or process a full refund.

Please note that we do not offer refunds or returns for custom portrait illustrations due to changes in personal taste or dissatisfaction with the likeness of the portrait.

Additionally, we do not offer refunds or returns for portrait illustrations that were created based on inaccurate or incomplete information provided by the customer, such as incorrect dimensions, incorrect reference photos, or incorrect specifications.

As this is a digital product, there will be no physical product to return.
