By purchasing a custom portrait illustration from us, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Delivery: As this is a digital product, the final portrait illustration will be delivered to you via email or any other digital platform agreed upon between you and us.

2. Quality of Reference Photos: You are responsible for providing reference photos that are of good quality and suitable for detailing. The final portrait illustration will be based on the reference photos provided and we cannot change the expression of the subject in the portrait illustration.

3. Changes to Portrait Illustration: Once you have given us the reference photos to create the portrait illustration, you will not be able to change the image after you have received the final portrait illustration.

4. Satisfaction Guarantee: We are happy to assist you until you are completely satisfied with your portrait illustration. If you are not satisfied with the final portrait illustration, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the final product and we will work with you to either revise the portrait illustration or process a full refund, subject to the criteria for returns and refunds as stated in our Refund and Return Policy.

5. Limitation of Liability: We will not be held liable for any damages or losses arising from or in connection with the use of our custom portrait illustration services.

6. Intellectual Property Rights: The custom portrait illustration created by us is original and owned by us, and you are granted a limited license to use the portrait illustration for personal purposes only. You are not allowed to use the portrait illustration for commercial purposes or reproduce it without our prior written consent.
